The owner installed the heating system in our house in Rutherford and in other investment properties we own. All systems are working with no problems for at least 8 years. The owner is always letting us know when is the time for the service and he schedules and provides all service needed for the systems. I would recommend this company to any person who needs!!!!

During installation NO corners were cut, everything was done by the book from planning, installation, charging system with gas and testing. On following day after system was deployed and commissioned we got a follow up call from Pulse. They wanted to confirm that we are satisfied with new system performance. To my family Pulse Mechanical is absolutely the best HVAC company in north New Jersey. It was just a perfect match for our budget, expectations and the best way to invest into our property.

I recently had a water softener system installed at my home, and I can’t say enough good things about David, who handled the installation. Not only was the process smooth, clean, and professional, but David also went above and beyond—he fixed our AC system the same day, completely saving us from a hot and uncomfortable night!He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The water softener installation was done neatly, with zero mess left behind, and he walked me through how to use and maintain it. On top of that, when we mentioned our AC had been acting up, he took a look, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it up and running in no time.It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also cares about doing the job right. David’s professionalism, work ethic, and ability to handle multiple tasks in one visit were truly impressive.

We used David from Pulse Mechanical to install a mini split in our new office. He worked with us and our contractor to figure out a creative solution to hide wires within the walls, and place the unit in an inconspicuous spot. He mentioned things I hadn’t thought about, such as where to place the unit in relation to my desk to avoid getting A/C on the back of my neck. He addressed all of our concerns including noise—the mini split he chose for us is very quiet! David was very responsive and highly professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Pulse Mechanical again!
